One of the scary parts about hiring a lawyer is not knowing how much it will cost. A legal services subscription can help you avoid big expensive, and often unanticipated, legal problems. 

The benefit of having access to a lawyer via subscription is that Fava Law can help you answer that question. As a subscriber you have access to schedule Zoom calls with Fava Law to help with any questions that may arise. Those subscriptions begin at only $20/month. 

Of course, just schedule a free Consultation via the link on the home page. You’ll be able to ask questions about hiring Fava Law, but you must purchase a subscription or flat fee item for legal advice. 

Your subscription level can be changed at any time. For instance, if you are a Basic subscriber and you need to become a Plus subscriber, then you will be charged the difference in subscription price when you upgrade, and your subsequent monthly charges will also increase. For downgrades, all pricing changes will take place in the month following the change. 

Few legal problems can be fully addressed in one conversation or in one month. Fava Law may on occasion raise subscription plan prices. Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days ahead of any increase and given an opportunity to lock in subscription pricing for up to a year.

Currently Fava Law is only providing advice for people or businesses with legal issues within the state of Colorado. Most of the time that means you are located in Colorado. However, if you live outside of Colorado but are transacting business within the state of Colorado, Fava Law can support you. 

A person or business can have many different legal needs, and law has become very specialized over the years. As such, it may be necessary to occasionally refer you to another law firm. Or, if you have a subscription that includes management of outside counsel, Fava Law will manage those relationships for you. 

In a subscription plan, subscribers receive immediate value upon signing up. While you can cancel your subscription at any time, refunds are only provided to prospective clients who don’t pass a conflicts check. A conflicts check is a legal requirement to check current and past clients to make sure there is no conflict with giving you legal advice. 

Email and text messages are often unencrypted and accidental exposure of them to a third party could mean waiving attorney-client privilege. By using Zoom calls and the client portal, communications are far more secure.
